Lubri Jet®replaces the standard perpendicular oil hole on guide bars with an angled hole that slopes up and forward. The Lubri Jet ® hole’s diameter is also smaller, which dramatically increases oil velocity.

  • The size of the area where incoming oil contacts the drive links is increased by 500%
  • Oil-hole plugging is reduced by 80%

    Lubri-Dam® is exactly what its name implies, a small dam located in the bottom of the guide bar’s groove, just behind the oil hole.

  • Oil in the bar groove is prevented from running out the bar’s tail
  • Oil-film thickness on the bar’s rails is increased by 135%

    Lubri Channel is an internal oil channel on Oregon ® high-speed laminated harvester bars that delivers pressurized lubrication to the sprocket nose of the bar.

    Benefits:
  • The bar nose is directly lubricated by a steady supply of oil
  • Oil entering the bar groove at the nose is more effectively carried to the bottom rails, where most of the cutting occurs.
